Scientific cooperation
The tasks of the Federal Office for Civil Protection FOCP include the analysis of risks and vulnerability. In dealing with specific issues relating to social sciences, security policy and relevant risks, the FOCP cooperates closely with scientific agencies operating in the corresponding fields. Its work includes monitoring and compiling reports on national and international developments relating to the analysis of crisis management, risks and vulnerability as well as the documentation of the most important facts and developments.
