Modern centre in natural surroundings

The Federal Training Centre in Schwarzenburg (FTCS) consists of two schoolhouses, the central building with restaurant area and auditorium as well as five interconnected buildings for accommodation. In the centre instructors conduct courses for instructors of the Federal Office for Civil Protection (FOCP). The courses are especially for teaching staff, management bodies as well as civil protection cadre and specialists. Situated in the country, covering an area of approx. 97,000 square metres and surrounded by 11'000 square metres of forest, the FTCS is remarkable with its architecture.
