In order to be well prepared for all eventualities, it is essential to closely monitor international developments, formulate bilateral and multilateral measures and share expertise and experience across borders.
International exchange offers indispensable knowledge for strengthening resilience in the area of civil protection. Efficient cooperation at European and international level is therefore essential for ensuring that the required instruments and resources are available at all times. To this end, the FOCP pursues a three-pillar strategy.
